Hi, I’m Maria — a trained massage therapist based in Matinkylä, Espoo.

My goal is to create a calm, safe and approachable environment where you can relax, recover and take a moment for yourself in the middle of everyday life.

I’m especially interested in recovery, stress relief and supporting overall wellbeing in a realistic and approachable way. I believe wellbeing does not need to be about perfection or constant performance, sometimes small changes and moments of recovery can make the biggest difference.

Sports massage

Sports massage is a more targeted treatment for muscle recovery, mobility and muscle maintenance. It is suitable not only for active people but also for anyone experiencing physical tension or workload.

Jaw massage

Jaw massage focuses on the muscles of the jaw, face, head and neck area. Stress and tension can often cause tightness, teeth grinding, headaches and discomfort in these areas.

Treatment is always done carefully and individually based on your comfort level.

Relaxation & recovery

Many clients come for massage when everyday life starts to feel physically or mentally overwhelming. My goal is not only to treat symptoms temporarily, but to support recovery and wellbeing in a more holistic way.

Good to know before booking

Accepted payment methods: most common debit and credit cards, ePassi, Edenred, Smartum and cash (exact amount).

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

We are located at Huoltamo in Matinkylä, Espoo. The entrance is on the parking lot side of the building. Next to the stairwell door, you will find a wooden door with the text “HUOLTAMO”.

If you cannot find a suitable appointment time online, feel free to send me a message.

Your appointment includes a short consultation, the massage treatment and time for dressing before and after the session.
